I’m adding myself as someone who experienced nausea and vomiting within around 1/2 hour of taking the 50+ version of these vitamins. At first I thought maybe it was because of taking them on an empty stomach or with other pills. Today, I tested that by taking it after a big breakfast and on its own. I ended up dizzy, light headed, nauseous and ended up vomiting up my breakfast. Not sure what in these vitamins is causing it as the 50+ do not have iron. I am going back to my previous gummy vitamins and throwing these away.
