Horrible customer service . Over two months went by and they still didn’t have my results completed. They blamed it on the lab “forgetting” to do the test, so I would have had to go all the way back through the process from the beginning. They wanted me to go back through it again – and still pay the full fee for their major mistake. I do not recommend Life Extension for using them for any lab results or analysis. Steer clear of Life Extension.
