Very Poor Customer Satisfaction

Very poor customer satisfaction. Online purchase was not as advertised and I was charged full price. The clerk at the store couldn’t give me the discount and couldn’t cancel the order so I was forced to accept it. He gave me a customer service phone # and said I would have to call and have them do it. They did not have the ability to help me as well even though they admitted I had been over charged. I will never purchase from this company again the staff is not well trained and the system is not setup to benefit the consumer.

Promised Service Falling Way Short

Placed an order totaling 26 items which were said to be shipped within 48 hours. 72 hours later, 1 received, 7 have shipped and the remaining 18 items still nothing. Stores are low on stock and online is even worse as far as delivering on standards set by themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive ordered over 10 days ago , it is still processing, ive writen a ticket stating I would pay for express shipping because the product Ive bought were to prevent my 13 year old dog to get an operation and I was dismissed ! the online, theyve written back stating that because of thanksgiving they were a bit late 10 days still no shiping date I dont call that slight delay.l never again , i had to buy everything in double at my other local shop. Never againyou know that little extra help that i was willing to pay for would of made all the difference. I used to buy lots from them , oh well they arent the only one so next !

My Experience Working At The Vitamin Shoppe

This is specifically for the Vitamin Shoppe located at 15131 S LaGrange Rd, Orland Park, IL 60462.I looked online for Himalaya Amla and Black Castor Oil Argan and Amla. Both products were shown as being available at Vitamin Shoppe stores. I went into the local store in Orland Park, IL to buy them. Almost immediately upon entering the store, a woman asked if she could help me find anything. Unfortunately, she said that Himalaya Amla is no longer carried by Vitamin Shoppe. She suggested that I try a local mom-and-pop store down the street. She was able to order the other product for me and was kind enough to waive the shipping charges. The lady’s name is Colleen S. . She said I would have the item in a few days. She was absolutely wonderful and very nice.I was really impressed by her desire to help me find what I was looking for, suggest a competitor as a possible source, her willingness to research how to get me what I wanted and putting in an order for me. This is my second visit to this particular Vitamin Shoppe. I am impressed by the level of service offered. The first visit was also rewarding, as the middle aged gentleman who waited on me was very helpful. Unfortunately, the product I wanted was not carried by Vitamin Shoppe. The staff there is top notch.

Perhaps The Employees Should Become The Customers

We have been shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe for years and was shopping at the facility when I had to go to the rest room. When asked where the restroom We were informed that the restrooms were for employees only. We were than told to go to a supermarket across the parking lot as anyone was allowed to use their restroom. My feeling is then let the employees shop at this store. I now shop The Vitamin Shoppe’s competitor. Most of the people working at this store don’t know much about vitamins anyway.

Great Product Line And Top Unique Selection

Vitamin Shoppe for me has one of the best overall brand selection/flavors/specialty items that other supplement shops simply do NOT.I’m confused by the reviews of people taking out their poor protein powder experiences on the shop that sells them. They are not the manufacturer.I’ve not dealt with their customer service line, but all of the workers and cashier’s I’ve dealt with have made my visits a wonderful experience.I am very happy with my experiences with Vitamin Shoppe in Sandy, Utah!

This Is So Ridiculous

This is so ridiculous. If you dont have the product then just say that you dont have it. I ordered a bottle of chlorophyll liquid on April 14, then on April 16 they sent me an email saying that due to high demand so the shipment got pushed back to May 1. Ok Im totally fine with that. But on May 1, they again sent me an email saying the shipment now is gonna be on May 10 :))))). Then on May 10, I saw another email saying the shipment now is on May 20. This is gotta be a joke :))))). What kind of business is this?

I knew what I wanted and immediately got it and brought it to the register. He sees me standing there but ignores me for quite a while until he was ready to acknowledge me, then he very mammy with me. How hard is it to be Polite and use Miss or just be more kind. The product itself is great and I’d like to shop there again but not if I’m going to endure that.

I love vitamin shop but the website tricked me into doing a survey. It said I would get $100 if I took the survey and after I wasted my time it says I can chose from these magazines that are worth $100. I am like WTH I dont want magazines I want $100 or a gift card to vitamin shop worth $100. Very disappointed!!!
