I love Andrew Lessmans vitamins and take many as does my husband. At a recent appointment with my eye doctor I was told to take an AREDS 2 supplement. Well Ive been taking Andrews Ultimate Eye support for years and was shocked to find out it does NOT contain all of the recommended ingredients. Why not? Im very disillusioned.

Since the TS is $90 for 400 capsules or just over a 1 year supply I don’t think it’s a bad price. That’s about 13 months for about $7 per month. Doubt you can find another multi with those ingredients for that price.
I bought the large size. DH wanted some B12 so for the price I told him he might as well take the Essential 1 so he ordered a bottle too.

I do like the fact he uses solar, and makes his vitamins in the states. I also love Some of natures path, and a few others…but they are pricy as well. I buy his hair, skin, nails and i do love his marine collagen. Thats all I use of his. The collagen is wonderful. Seems to help hydrate my skin a bit. I also think it helps my veins, and less bruising. I take methotrexate for RA, and the collagen seems to help me. His hair skin nails is the best I have ever had

So you take 3 a day. You can do a web search for Andrew Lessman and check out his site. But these are the first multi vitamins that come in the powder form . I hear they are expensive .Im pretty impressed with them so far- but I aint sure if I want to fork out $300 a year for these.
